These conditions apply when, as a customer, you place an order on the www.swedishcollagen.se site and associated pages. These general conditions of sale define the contractual relationship between the buyer and (hereinafter referred to as “Swedish Collagen”, “the site”, “we”, company number: SE559133-727301. Detailed contact information of as well as other useful information is available on the site. These conditions only apply to customers who place an order on our site.

The buyer must be of legal age (18 years old) and have the right to enter into a contract in order to place an order with Swedish Collagen. Hereinafter, the buyer is referred to as “you”, “your” and “the customer”.

Price

Product prices are indicated in euros and VAT is included in the price displayed. We reserve the right to correct information regarding prices, documents, illustrations, texts, etc. in the event of an error on our site, in the catalogs, on the products or in the media. We also reserve the right to adjust prices based, for example, on price variations from our suppliers, stock variations or in the event of a technical error on the online sales site, in the browser or on the server.

Order and payment

On our site, you can check your order and correct any errors before purchasing a product. Take the time to read and verify your order at each step of the ordering process. The customer must ensure that the information provided at the time of ordering is correct. The purchase of products is made only with the payment methods available on the site.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs are indicated on the site and are detailed at the time of payment.

Delivery times

Orders are generally delivered within 1 to 5 business days from the time of ordering. However, in the event of an increase in the number of orders, delivery times may be extended. Once the order has been placed, an order confirmation email is sent to the address provided.

Cancellation and modification of order

You can modify or cancel your order free of charge before the preparation of your order begins. For any cancellation or modification, please contact our customer service at the following address: support@swedishcollagen.com.

Unclaimed order

For packages that have not been refunded but have been returned to us, we reserve the right to charge costs related to shipping, return, handling and packaging to the client. Currently this fee is 249 SEK, or the equivalent amount in another currency with a margin of error of 20% depending on the current exchange rate. These fees are deducted from the reimbursement amount.

Returns

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, which is why we advise you to think about your purchase before placing an order in order to avoid waste.

  

Complaints

All our packages are examined before being shipped to the customer. However, if the product is in poor condition or defective upon arrival, you can make a complaint to our customer service to report the defect, whether visible or hidden. Product errors, delivery problems and shipping damage must be reported to customer service within a reasonable time after the error is detected.

If you wish to make a complaint, please contact our customer service and state the reasons at the following address: support@swedishcollagen.com. After receiving your complaint, we will send you a returns slip which you can use to return the product.

The product(s) must be returned in their original packaging and must be securely packaged in post office approved outer packaging (e.g. in corrugated cardboard). Any transport damage during the return of the item linked to unsuitable packaging will be invoiced to the customer. We review returned products based on the error described, so it is important that the error description is as detailed as possible.

If your complaint is deemed admissible, we will refund the full amount paid, including return shipping costs. If, upon inspection of the product, we do not notice any defects, we will charge you for the delivery costs. Refunds following approval of a claim are made within 30 days of the customer receiving notification of the return, receipt of the returned product, and approval of the claim. Unless otherwise stated, refunds related to errors or complaints will be made using the same payment method used during purchase.

Right of withdrawal

As a customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of your first order. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to Swedish Collagen within 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw. For the right of withdrawal to be applied, the product must be returned to us in its original condition. To exercise your right of withdrawal, the products and their packaging must not have been opened. The product(s) must be returned in their original packaging. If the product is not complete at the time of return, we reserve the right to deduct the price. Please note that if the value of the product has diminished due to improper handling of the product, for example for examination, this withholding may be up to 100% of the product price. Unless otherwise stated, return costs are your responsibility. Items returned against cash on delivery will not be redeemed.

Refunds are made with the same payment method used during the purchase. We have the right to suspend reimbursement until receipt of the products. Delivery costs are not refunded.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw via e-mail, within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. The email address is: support@swedishcollagen.com.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 30 days of receipt of notification of the return or complaint. However, you may have to wait until the product is received in our warehouses to receive a refund. Unless otherwise stated, refunds are made with the same payment method used during purchase.

Other

A credit check may be carried out and we reserve the right to refuse orders. Any form of attempted fraud will be reported to the authorities.
